Job Overview: Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join an outpatient and acute care setting. The successful candidate will treat a diverse patient population, primarily focusing on orthopedic conditions, while also managing a mix of acute medical and neurological cases.

Responsibilities: Provide physical therapy services to patients with a variety of diagnoses, including orthopedic, medical, and neurological conditions. Conduct outpatient appointments lasting 45 minutes each. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans. Maintain accurate patient records and document progress in accordance with facility policies. Ensure a high standard of patient care and professionalism at all times.

Work Schedule: Shifts consist of four 10-hour days, with options for scheduling from Tuesday through Friday or Monday through Thursday. Start time is typically at 8:00 AM.

Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of outpatient experience required. Current BLS Certification is necessary. Oregon License is required, though it does not need to be held at the time of application.

Working Environment: The position is based in an outpatient physical therapy clinic situated within an athletic club, providing opportunities to be involved in a variety of treatment scenarios.

Additional Information: No weekend or holiday work is required. Dress code is business casual, with no denim permitted. Department-specific orientation is provided on the first day of employment.
