Remote Telehealth Care Navigator — Clinical Ops

Altro Health seeks a clinically fluent coordinator to support our COO in keeping clinical operations humming. You will be the extra set of eyes ensuring nothing slips, executing protocols, and coordinating with labs and pharmacies to keep orders moving. You will triage patient messages, respond with a warm, clinically sound voice, and connect clinical with fulfillment teams to clarify handoffs. This 1099 role requires 30–35 hours weekly, mornings ET, and a US-based candidate.
