APPLY NOWDymaxis is seeking a Lead Inside Account Manager (IAM) in Vancouver, WA, working in-office from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with overtime as required. The role centers on owning client relationships, onboarding and guiding new IAMs, and driving process improvements to elevate service levels.
You will manage quotes, orders, RMAs, and coordination with internal teams, while mentoring junior IAMs and ensuring accurate data entry and inventory control.
