Battery Systems Engineer

Job Responsibilities: Define system requirements based on customer requests. Work with the technical team to resolve requirement/design queries. Collaborate with subteams to understand the feasibility of requirements. Setup and manage new projects and requirements in JAMA/DOORS NGEnsure full bi-directional traceability (up to customer / system requirements and down to software implementation and validation test cases).Conduct requirement peer reviews between software, hardware and validation engineers for feasibility, understanding and impact. Analyze, prioritize and define verification criteria for requirements. Baseline requirement releases and ensure change control process Support System architecture design and development. System and software Architecture activities using EA/Rhapsody/Cameo tools Experience defining / disseminating battery management system requirements. Analysis and judgement of requirements under consideration of related norms and standards including FUSA and product safety. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration. Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO 26262, DFMEA/PFMEA).Maintain documentation for requirements, design changes, and quality control.
