Senior Software Engineering Manager

Location: Fully Remote, U.S.

Compensation: $200K to $250K + EquityWe're working with a fast-growing B2B fintech platform helping wealth management firms connect, orchestrate, and synchronize data across their technology stack. We're looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a core product engineering team responsible for user workflows and a data orchestration platform. You'll own engineering execution, team development, hiring, and delivery while partnering closely with Product and senior technical leaders.
