In-Home Support Specialist — Flexible Weekend Shifts

Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota is seeking an In-Home Direct Support Professional to guide and support individuals with disabilities in their homes or communities. You will help develop and monitor individual plans, foster independence, and maintain documentation in accordance with regulations. The role emphasizes advocacy, reliability, and person-centered care to improve quality of life. We value teamwork and schedule flexibility, especially weekend shifts. CPR/First Aid is preferred.
