Looking to get your foot in the door of the growing technology and data center industry? This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting data center construction and infrastructure projects. Peak Systems is seeking multiple Entry-Level Material Handlers to join our team in Franklin, MA. You’ll help prepare and organize the materials and equipment needed for data center construction while working alongside a large, collaborative team. Previous warehouse, manufacturing, construction, maintenance, or general labor experience is a plus. A strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn are key to success in this role.
Responsibilities:
Unbox and re-box materials and equipment.
Handle, move, and organize equipment and supplies.
Load and unload pallets and carts.
Remove packaging materials and construction-related debris.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow instructions and established safety procedures.
Work collaboratively with team members to support daily project activities.
Qualifications:
Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
Previous experience in warehouse, manufacturing, construction, maintenance, or general labor is preferred.
Ability to perform physical work, including moving boxes, handling materials, and removing debris.
Comfortable standing and working on your feet for extended periods and throughout long shifts.
Commitment to workplace safety and following established procedures.
Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to learn new skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a large team.
Available Schedules:
Candidates must be available to work one of the following schedules, Thursday through Sunday: Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PMEvening Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM
