Your work will directly enable the safe and reliable delivery of humanoids into the real world.
What You’ll Do:
Partner with Engineering and Sourcing teams to select and qualify suppliers for electronic components, connectors, sensors, and battery cells

Support tooling, fixture, and test process qualification at supplier sites
Drive supplier audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives
Monitor and report supplier quality metrics, ensuring risk mitigation and ongoing capability
Train and align suppliers on 1X’s quality systems and expectations
Travel up to 40% (domestic and international) for supplier engagement and build support

Proven track record launching NPI and scaling supplier processes
Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or equivalent quality systems
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to work hands-on at supplier sites
