AdventHealth Medical Group Spine Health at Altamonte Springs is seeking an experienced Interventional Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician to join their established destination program. The provider will help grow the practice across new satellite offices in Apopka and Oviedo while delivering comprehensive whole-person care for patients with neck and back pain. This dynamic role offers opportunities for outpatient consultations, injections, procedures at a nearby ASC, and engagement in academic research. Practice Info Outpatient setting for patient consultations and injections Procedures performed at a nearby ASCFull multidisciplinary services including rehab and sports medicine, wellness, pain psychology, pain medicine, procedures, and outcomes based research Focus on growing 2 satellite offices in Apopka and Oviedo within a 15-30 minute drive from the main office in Altamonte Springs, Florida
Responsibilities:- Provide care and treatment options for patients with neck and back pain
- Conduct patient consultations and injections in an outpatient setting
- Perform procedures at a nearby ASCHelp grow the practice in new markets around the Orlando area, focusing on 2 satellite offices in Apopka and OviedoTeach, participate in the research database, and author publications for physicians with an academic interest

Qualifications:- ACGME fellowship training in Pain Medicine
- Active Board Certification/Eligibility in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
- Board certification in Pain Medicine
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred but not required)
