You will be working to develop leads, solicit, consult and bind coverage to help customers manage their unique insurance and financial needs and while developing your skills and experience.
Responsibilities:
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Service existing accounts and ensure customers make decisions armed with the right amount of information.
Solicit new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs.
Identify cross-selling opportunities during retention & customer service calls
Requirements:
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
- Prior sales experience is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
- Intermediate knowledge with productivity software (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Teams)
- Experience with Salesforce a plus
- Texas Property & Casualty license is required.
- Must obtain Texas Life & Health License within 60 days.
