Responsibilities: Perform routine and complex laboratory testing in accordance with established procedures Analyze, interpret, and report accurate patient results Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory instrumentation Follow quality assurance, quality control, and safety protocols Maintain accurate laboratory documentation and records Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff to support patient care
