About the Role:
We are looking for a hands-on, bilingual (English/Spanish) Full-Service Car Wash Supervisorto lead our team and ensure smooth operations at our car wash. This role requires a balance of people management, operational oversight, and sales ability. The Supervisor will be responsible for staff performance, facility upkeep, customer satisfaction, and driving sales when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent service.
Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, workflow, and equipment maintenance.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, cleanliness, and quality guidelines.
Handle customer issues with professionalism and solutions-focused communication.
Activelypromote and upsell services, memberships, and add-onsto maximize revenue.
Track daily performance, sales, and productivity metrics; report to management.
Participate in hiring, onboarding, and coaching staff.
Maintain a positive, team-oriented workplace.
Requirements:
Bilingual (English and Spanish) required– must communicate effectively with both staff and customers.
Previous supervisory/management experience in car wash, auto services, or customer service industries.
Proven ability tosell and upsellproducts/services.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
Basic computer/reporting skills.
