Job Summary:
A full-time opportunity is available for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide remote therapy services in a structured telehealth setting. The LCSW will work directly with clients to assess mental health needs, deliver evidence-based care, and help guide treatment over time. Responsibilities:
- Conduct intake assessments and ongoing therapy sessions via telehealth
- Identify client needs, treatment goals, and appropriate interventions
- Develop clear, goal-based treatment plans
- Document sessions, assessments, and progress notes promptly
- Support clients with emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns
- Maintain compliance with clinical standards and internal policies
