Associate - Freight Forwarding

Key Duties And Responsibilities: Effectively schedule bookings for simple and complex cargo shipments Ensure the complete and timely delivery of freight by attaining knowledge from clients in order to satisfy their needs and completing paperwork that meets stringent requirement Process data through the company's system Identify transactions and tasks that require special handling, recommend improved process to management and implement resolutions within assigned scope of responsibility In addition to basic math, be able to analyze numerical data, understand components and relationship and patterns and draw conclusions Comprehends the full range of freight forwarding services: order management, movement scheduling, monitor and control services, cost optimization, etc. Other duties related to the position / employment.

Minimum Requirements: (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities) Prefer bilingual in Korean Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent experience is preferred Able to identify and solve problems in a timely manner and create solutions independently. Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to deal with ambiguity
