Head of Engineering & Manufacturing Excellence

DEMGY is seeking a strategic engineering leader to drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept and tooling strategy through production readiness and sustainment, with emphasis on cost, quality, and customer outcomes. You’ll report to the VP of Operations and lead Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Tooling, and Project Engineering to establish a clear strategy, optimize NPI, and connect cross-functional teams to improve execution and performance.
