As a Seasonal Parking Ambassador, you are the first point of contact for guests arriving at Christmas at the Princess. You'll welcome guests with enthusiasm, guide them efficiently through parking zones, and ensure a safe, well-organized, and hospitable arrival and departure experience. This role is essential to setting the tone for a magical seasonal event.
This is a seasonal position with employment running from October 31st through January 10th. Open availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
Reporting to the Resort Experience Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Greet every guest with a warm and cheerful welcome upon arrival.
Direct vehicles safely and efficiently to designated parking areas.
Scan Parking tickets and assist with parking purchases.
Assist with traffic flow and prevent congestion
Communicate clearly using hand signals, radios, or signage to guide drivers.
Provide information about event entrances, ADA access, or event
Monitor and enforce parking guidelines, ensuring safe pedestrian and vehicle zones.
Respond professionally to guest inquiries or complaints.
Remain visible, attentive, and guest-focused throughout shift.
Qualifications:
Service focused personality is essential; customer related experience an asset
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation
Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
