Power Plant Operations Leader (24/7, P&L)

Kodiak Gas Services is seeking a Plant Manager to lead a single power generation facility in Texas. You will own the site P&L, manage operations and maintenance, and ensure safety, compliance, and reliability around the clock. You will drive continuous improvement, oversee outages and budget targets, and collaborate with Engineering, EH&S, and finance to optimize performance and costs. This role requires 7+ years in power/industrial operations and 3+ years leading teams.
