We're looking for passionate, patient-centered clinicians to deliver evidence-based, whole-person care to individuals living with chronic GI conditions. As an Ayble physician, you will serve as a core member of our multidisciplinary care team, collaborating with Nurse Practitioners, Registered Dietitians, Pharmacists, and Behavioral Health providers to help patients effectively manage their digestive health. Care is delivered virtually through Ayble's technology platform and designed to support patients longitudinally throughout their journey. We welcome candidates from a variety of clinical backgrounds and are particularly interested in physicians with experience in primary care, internal medicine, emergency medicine, preventive medicine, obesity medicine, lifestyle medicine, and other specialties that emphasize longitudinal patient care and chronic disease management. Successful candidates are passionate about whole-person care and interested in expanding their expertise in digestive health. Physicians will receive ongoing training, clinical resources, and support from our Integrated Care team to build proficiency in the management of chronic GI conditions. Practice InfoThis is a telehealth clinic open Monday-Friday from 7am-7pm and on Saturday from 8am-noon. This is across all time zones.
Responsibilities: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of care providers to deliver coordinated, whole-person care. Develop individualized care plans that may incorporate nutrition, behavioral health, supplementation, lifestyle modification, medication management, and other evidence-based interventions. Adhere to evidence-based clinical guidelines and best practices, including those established by the American Gastroenterological Association (AGA) and American College of Gastroenterology (ACG).Coordinate care with patients' existing healthcare providers, including sharing clinical information and facilitating referrals or escalation of care when appropriate. Deliver care virtually through Ayble's telehealth platform while maintaining high standards of clinical quality, patient engagement, and documentation.
Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is $125/hr.
Benefits: Malpractice coverage with tail included.
Qualifications:
  • M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited institution.
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency training program.
  • Current board certification in a recognized medical specialty
  • Active, unrestricted medical license in at least five (5) U.S. states.
  • Strong preference for physicians who hold an active Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) license.
  • Must maintain an active, unrestricted medical license in good standing and remain eligible for credentialing with health plans, healthcare organizations, and applicable regulatory bodies.
  • Active DEA registration in at least one U.S. state and ability to obtain additional registrations as required by applicable state laws and practice needs.
  • Ability to commit to a minimum of 30 hours per week.
  • Experience working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care team.
  • Access to a professional, HIPAA-compliant workspace with reliable high-speed internet and a personal computer equipped with a functioning webcam and microphone capable of supporting telehealth visits and virtual collaboration.
  • Comfort using telehealth platforms, electronic health records, and digital collaboration tools.
  • Demonstrated empathy, strong communication skills, and a patient-centered approach to care.
