Denver Corporate M&A Associate (2–4 yrs)

Stinson LLP is seeking a Corporate M&A Associate with two to four years of experience to join our growing Corporate Finance Division in our Denver office. This role involves working on mergers & acquisitions, private equity, and capital markets transactions for sophisticated national clients, with opportunities to lead and manage deal teams and contribute to governance and reporting matters.
