This leader will manage a small, high-impact internal team, build and deploy AI agents and automated workflows, and selectively use agencies and outside specialists where they provide differentiated expertise or leverage. Teaching the marketing team and other GTM functional areas how to operate effectively in an AI-enabled environment. Measuring the actual productivity and business impact created by AI.The expectation is that this leader will personally create, test, and deploy AI agents and workflows, not simply direct others to do so.

Strong financial judgment around marketing investment and demonstrated willingness to stop spending on activities that do not produce results. Highly analytical and comfortable being measured against pipeline, expansion, adoption, conversion, and revenue.
