Senior Mortgage Processing & Ops Leader

Cascade Financial Services is seeking a Director of Processing to lead the processing department, including junior teams and training, and to design an efficient operating model. You will set direction across product types, build leadership, and ensure work flows quickly and accurately. You will manage leaders, drive accountability, and partner with executive peers on structure and long-term planning, while maintaining a culture of ownership and service.
