Senior Capital Projects Engineer

Lead capital engineering projects across manufacturing facilities, from concept and scope development through design, procurement, installation, commissioning and closeout. Coordinate operations, maintenance, engineering teams and contractors to deliver safe, cost-effective projects on schedule and within budget. The role supports facilities in Shawano, Wisconsin, and Woodstock, Illinois, with approximately 25% travel. Lead capital engineering initiatives aligned with business objectives. Develop project scopes and economical designs with plant teams. Coordinate operations, maintenance, engineering teams and external contractors. Manage projects through design, procurement, installation, commissioning and closeout. Use data, capital justifications and ROI analysis to support project decisions. Support safe work and compliance with environmental, quality and safety procedures.
