Post-Frame Carpenter - $2k First-Year Bonus + ESOP

Morton Buildings, Inc. is expanding our construction crews. Earn an hourly wage of $20.00–$22.00 with strong growth opportunities and an ESOP program. This role requires substantial travel and physically demanding work on projects nationwide. Under the guidance of your crew foreman, you will learn, read and follow construction plans, operate tools, and complete tasks such as footings, framing, windows, doors, siding, and roofing.
