I am currently seeking a Production Coordinator for a prominent global marketing solutions provider located in the Sussex area. My client is a leader in integrated marketing and manufacturing, known for helping brands optimize their operations through data-driven strategies and a culture of personal ownership and innovation. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day logistics of content production. You will play a vital part in scheduling, tracking project milestones, and resolving technical or logistical issues to ensure high-quality delivery for their diverse client base.
Primary duties include:- Verifying all content for precision and total completeness
- Handling physical print materials and proofs
- Clarifying and resolving discrepancies in client provided data
- Organizing the workflow of incoming and outgoing production tasks
- Setting clear priorities for team members across various departments
- Tracking project timelines to ensure deadlines are consistently met
- Conducting quality checks on copy and imagery within proofs
- Reporting any changes in project scope, timing, or budget
- Creating and distributing daily status updates
- The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least three years of experience in a similar production or coordination role
- Prior experience within the graphic arts or prepress industry is highly preferred
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- A high level of attention to detail and a commitment to deadlines
- Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
