Welder Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Welders for a manufacturing company in Big Lake, MN. In this role, you'll fabricate and weld tanks and related components while working from engineering drawings and specifications. Weld carbon steel and other materials using MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding processes Fabricate and assemble tanks, vessels, and components according to blueprints and work instructions Operate welding equipment, grinders, torches, and fabrication tools safely Inspect completed welds for quality, accuracy, and specification compliance Perform layout, cutting, fitting, and tacking of materials Follow safety procedures, company policies, and quality standards Maintain a clean, organized work area and collaborate with team members to meet production goals Previous welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Ability to read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and weld symbols Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly Comfortable working in an industrial environment with exposure to heat, noise, and welding fumes Ability to work at heights of 10-15 feet when required Dependable attendance and ability to work scheduled shifts Enjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
