Plant Manager

Key Responsibilities: Manage overall plant operations, includingproduction, quality, maintenance, safety, and delivery .Lead manufacturing ofaerospace fasteners, nuts, and threaded components .Oversee processes such ashot/cold heading, nut forming, thread rolling, machining, and grinding .Manage production teams, supervisors, and manufacturing personnel. Driveproductivity, cost reduction, quality improvement, and on-time delivery .Monitor KPIs including production efficiency, scrap, downtime, and OEE.Ensure compliance withAS9100, ISO, OSHA, and aerospace customer requirements .Partner with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to resolve production issues.

Implement: Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvementinitiatives. Develop and maintain a strong culture of safety, quality, accountability, and teamwork.

Qualifications: 8+ years of manufacturing experience with progressive leadership responsibility. Experience inaerospace manufacturing, preferably aerospace fasteners. Knowledge ofheading, forming, thread rolling, machining, tooling, and precision manufacturing .Experience withAS9100/ISO quality systems .Strong leadership, problem-solving, production planning, and team-management skills. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field preferred.
