Qualifications: Experience Minimumfour(4)yearsofresidentialroughframingandfinishcarpentryexperience. Previousexperienceasa Foreman, Lead Carpenter, CrewLead, Superintendent, orsimilarleadershiprolepreferred. Experiencemanaginganddirectingconstructioncrews. Experienceworkingonluxurycustomresidentialconstructionprojects. Technical Skills Advancedknowledgeofroughframingandfinishcarpentrytechniques. Abilitytoreadandinterpretblueprints, specifications, layouts, andconstructiondocuments. Stronglayout, measuring, andfieldengineeringskills. Experiencewithconstructionsequencingandscheduling.
