The Minneapolis Institute of Art (Mia) seeks an experienced Head of Human Resources to lead strategy, culture, and organizational effectiveness in a dynamic museum setting. You will drive talent initiatives and partner with senior leaders to shape Mia's future. This senior HR leader will oversee labor relations, benefits, compensation, HRIS, payroll, recruitment, and compliance, guiding a four-person HR team and supporting growth through change.
