Responsibilities: Process customer orders with a high degree of accuracy and ensure all information is entered correctly into the company's order management to customer and sales team inquiries regarding product details, pricing, availability, and open order progress for assigned accounts. Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to confirm service status, clarify priorities, and obtain current updates on active orders. Visit operational areas when necessary to verify order progress firsthand and gather timely information for customer complete and accurate notes on order activity, status updates, and follow-up actions within internal systems. Communicate delays, changes, or urgent issues promptly so customers remain informed and expectations are managed requests through resolution, ensuring questions are answered fully and no customer need is left unresolved. Help sustain an organized communication process that supports efficient handling of daily order volume and service-related requests.
