Operations Manager - Construction Supplies

What You’ll Do: Manage daily operations across warehouse, shipping/receiving, delivery, and counter salesLead, schedule, and develop a team of approximately 20 employeesOwn inventory accuracy, fleet/delivery efficiency, and counter service levelsBuild and refine operational processes to improve throughput and reduce wasteUse sales data and analytics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities at the branch levelPartner with the sales team on pricing, stock strategy, and customer service standardsMaintain and grow relationships with contractor accounts, including on-site visits when neededEnforce safety standards and DOT compliance for delivery operationsReport on branch performance and recommend improvements to leadershipWhat We’re Looking ForExperience in concrete, construction materials, or building supply operations strongly preferredPrior experience managing a team of 15+ across multiple functions (warehouse, delivery, counter) Comfortable working with sales analytics and reporting to drive decisionsTrack record of building or improving operational processesExisting relationships with contractors in the concrete/construction space a plusStrong communicator who can lead from the floor, not just from an officeValid driver’s license; ability to pass a background check and drug screenWhat We OfferCompetitive payRelocation assistanceClear growth path within the companyFull benefits package
