Skilled Journeyman Service Technicians — ask about our $2,500 Sign-On Bonus for qualified candidates!"Qualified Mechanic candidates for this position must have: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
At least two (2) years hands-on experience as amechanic/technicianin an automotive, school bus fleet, trucking or heavy equipment environment, or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have Pennsylvania State Inspection and Emissions Certification.
Must have a current State driver's license.
Proficiency in general maintenance and repairs.
Must be physically capable of performing the duties of the job.
Strong teamwork skills.
Effective time management and workflow efficiency skills.
Experience with performing digital vehicle inspections.
Tools necessary for the duties of the position.
Job Tasks for Mechanic: Conduct state-required PA Safety and Emissions Inspections.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced shop.
Perform test-drives and accurately document findings and repairs on work orders completely and accurately.
Performs other work related to the above as required or directed.
Schedule:
Day shift
Monday to Friday
Expected Minimum Hours:
40 per week
Overtime Availability (as needed)
Pay: Various pay structures are available and will be commensurate with experience
