Job Description¿Eres terapeuta bilingüe? Your ability to provide therapy in Spanish can make a meaningful difference.
OMNI is seeking a Bilingual Mental Health Therapist/Counselor (Spanish/English) to help expand access to quality mental health care for Spanish-speaking kids, adults and families in our community. We recognize the value bilingual therapists bring to our clients and community and provide an additional $2,000 annual salary differential for Spanish/English fluency.

Whether you're beginning your career or looking to deepen your expertise, OMNI provides the supervision, training and support to help you grow.
Why Join OMNI?
Your bilingual skills matter here. You'll provide therapy directly in English and Spanish and help increase access to care for Spanish-speaking clients and families.

Maintain a manageable caseload. Our expectation is approximately 22 clinical service hours per week, allowing time for documentation, consultation, supervision and other responsibilities.
Join a diverse, supportive team. You'll work alongside colleagues who understand the communities we serve and value culturally responsive care.
Get the support you need. You'll have access to experienced clinical supervision, case consultation and collaborative colleagues.
Enjoy flexibility. We offer flexible scheduling and hybrid work options.
Get help navigating student loan forgiveness. As a nonprofit employer, OMNI qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF). Employees also have access to SavvyFi student loan coaching to help navigate student loan repayment and the loan forgiveness process.
