This offer of employment is contingent upon completion of a background check and passing a drug test. POSITION EXPECTATIONS Start date DATE Attendance Intern Depending on assignments, you will be scheduled to work in the office Monday through Friday 7:45am and 5pm. You will be assigned an in-home client up to 3 times per week Monday through Thursday 4:30pm-6:30pm depending on Client You may also sign up to work special events on weekends (such as Autism Events or Workshops). Reporting relationship KARIM BELLE, CEO Uniform Intern Intern attire is business casual. Polo shirts will be provided and are to be worn with SOS approved scrub bottoms. Information about the uniform will be provided to you during your first week of training. See employee handbook for examples of unacceptable clothing and closed-toe shoes. No jewelry. COMPENSATION Sign-on Bonus NO SIGN ON BONUS Wages W2 Hourly / Non-Exempt Regular pay: $21/hour Overtime pay is 1.5x regular pay when you work more than 40 hours/week, which will be paid every other Friday via direct deposit. You are required to obtain your RBT certification from the BACB within 6 months of hire. SOS will provide you with the training videos and pay for you to take the exam. Because this is a structured educational internship program, the intern hourly rate is set at a flat rate and is not eligible for wage increases. However, SOS will conduct a Performance Assessment every 6 months to evaluate your clinical growth, overall progress, and eligibility for future promotion upon graduation.
