Shift:

About the Role:
Personnel Services Unlimited (PSU) is hiring Grinding Technicians for a global manufacturer located in Rutherfordton, NC.
What You’ll Do:
Perform metal grinding, slotting, and final finish grinding for bearing assemblies using specialized machines.
Set up machines for specific job requirements and complete quality checks to ensure accuracy.
Clean, inspect, and perform routine maintenance on equipment.
Use measurement tools to verify specifications and maintain quality standards.
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or GED required; additional training a plus.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with digital calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and computer-controlled gauging equipment.
Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
Must pass pre-employment testing, background check, and drug screening.
