This is a hybrid/remote position. The candidate will only need to come onsite a couple times a year This position supports the HIE Medicaid Services (HMS) program, a collaboration between NC HIEA and the NC Department of Health and Human Services (NCDHHS) Division of Health Benefits (DHB), also known as NC Medicaid. Part of this program focuses on enhancing Medicaid quality and population health efforts through improved data exchange, focusing on: 1. Transitioning to digital quality measures (dQMs), 2. Improving health-related social needs (HRSN) data exchange, and 3. Enhancing care management data sharing.
