Introduction Our client is a small animal veterinary hospital in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey, seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to care for cats and dogs. The hospital has served the local pet community since 1976, combining extensive experience with a love for animals. Role Description and Responsibilities This position offers a schedule of 36-40 hours per week and welcomes both experienced veterinarians and new graduates. The hospital is looking for a passionate veterinarian committed to providing the highest standard of care, with an emphasis on preventing health problems and treating pets when illness occurs. You'll have access to resources and mentorship to support your personal and professional development, alongside the clinical autonomy to deliver the best possible care. Practice Details The state-of-the-art facility includes an onsite pharmacy and is designed to care for pets of every age, breed, size and lifestyle. Services include dental care, preventive care and well-care plans, emergency and advanced care, surgery, spays and neuters, parasite prevention and diagnostic imaging. General practice hours are Monday and Friday from 9am to 6pm, Tuesday through Thursday from 8am to 6pm, and Saturday from 9am to 2pm. The hospital is closed on Sundays. Team You'll join a team of three veterinarians and a great team of support staff.
