Floor Associate Downtown Ace Hardware Fort Collins, CO3040 hours per weekWeekend availability required Downtown Ace Hardware is seeking an exceptionally reliable, high-ownership team member to serve as a strong, knowledgeable presence across the entire store. We are looking for stability, initiative, and consistency. While our preference is to hire long-term team members, we recognize that some strong candidates may be available for the summer season only. What You Will Do:
- Provide outstanding, solution-focused customer service
- Learn product knowledge across multiple departments
- Assist customers with projects and recommendations
- Maintain clean, organized sales areas
- Support seasonal transitions

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable climbing ladders
- Willingness to work indoors and outdoors as needed

Saturday: 8:00 AM 8:00 PMSunday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PMFlexible availability preferred
