You'll partner closely with firm leadership, contribute to strategic initiatives, and help shape the future growth of both the practice and your career. Manage and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts Develop and implement tax planning strategies that help clients minimize tax liabilities and achieve their business objectives Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships and delivering high-quality service Research complex tax matters and provide practical, client-focused recommendations Review the work of senior and staff accountants while providing mentorship, coaching, and technical guidance Help manage engagement workflows, staffing, budgets, and project timelines Stay current on tax law developments and advise clients on potential impacts and planning opportunities Broad exposure to a diverse portfolio of tax engagements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field~ 5+ years of progressive public accounting tax experience~ Strong knowledge of federal and multi-state tax compliance~ Experience working with individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts~ Excellent client service, communication, and relationship-building skills~ If you're looking for a role that combines technical tax work, client advisory responsibilities, leadership exposure, and long-term career growth, we'd love to connect.
