VIVA USA Inc. seeks a Legal Assistant to support Administrative Law Judges in the Appellate Services Administration. You will review appeals, select exhibits, and create hearing packets to be used at hearings with multiple parties.
Hybrid work setup with in-person attendance four times a month on scheduled days, typical 8:00 AM–5:00 PM hours, and a focus on confidential legal document handling and case research.
