Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot equipment issues. Identify root causes of mechanical problems and help implement corrective actions. Maintain accurate production and material records. Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met. Minimize waste and maximize production efficiency. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment. Work closely with team members to support overall production objectives.

Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required.1-2 years of manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to analyze equipment performance and identify issues. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the duration of the shift. Ability to distinguish colors for product quality and verification purposes. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
