We are seeking polished and customer-focused Client Advisors to join a team in a dynamic client-facing environment. The ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, a professional presence, and the ability to provide an elevated client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Provide a high level of customer service and support
- Assist clients with inquiries, requests, and account needs
- Communicate professionally across phone, email, and other channels
- Maintain accurate client information and follow established processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
- Support day-to-day client service and operational needs
- ScheduleThe team operates on a 7-day schedule with two shifts:
- Early Shift: 9:30 AM–6:30 PMLate Shift: 11:30 AM–8:30 PMLate shifts and weekends will be worked from home3 days per week in office
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in client services, customer service, retail, hospitality, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and polished demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working a rotating 7-day schedule
- Spanish fluency required for 1 of the 3 openings
