YETI seeks an experienced transactional lawyer to lead corporate and securities matters. The role reports to the SVP, General Counsel & Secretary and covers governance, SEC filings, and transactions for a global company. Remote work is available with HQ travel as needed.
The ideal candidate has a JD from an accredited law school and 3+ years of corporate/securities experience, preferably in-house at a public company. Strong leadership and communication skills are required.
