Warehouse Associate

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay Rate: $16-18/Hr.

Location: Houston, TXWe are looking for a reliable and hardworking warehouse associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, order picking, material handling, inventory organization, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Responsibilities: Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming materials and products. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently. Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment as needed. Pull and stage orders accurately according to work orders or picking lists. Verify quantities and inspect products for damage or discrepancies. Assist with shipping and receiving paperwork. Organize and maintain warehouse inventory. Use hand and power tools when required. Keep warehouse and work areas clean and organized. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Perform general labor and other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Previous warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred. Forklift experience is a plus. Experience with shipping, receiving, order pulling, or material handling preferred. Ability to safely lift, carry, and move materials. Basic ability to read work orders, labels, and shipping documents. Dependable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Safety-conscious and detail-oriented. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
