I’m partnering with an established general contractor looking to appoint anMEP Superintendentfor a major hyperscale data center project in West Texas.
This is a travelling opportunity with a multi-year project runway and atotal package of up to $350,000, comprising base salary, travel, car and gas.
You’ll lead day-to-day MEP field operations, coordinating specialist subcontractors and ensuring installation progresses safely, meets quality requirements and supports the wider construction schedule. The role includes managing trade interfaces and preparing systems for commissioning and turnover.
What we’re looking for:
Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, installation sequencing and trade coordination.
Experience managing subcontractors through installation, commissioning and handover.
Willingness to take on a travelling assignment in a remote West Texas location.
This would suit someone who enjoys taking ownership of complex projects and wants a substantial construction programme to get stuck into.
