Housekeeping Worker - Environmental Services

Responsibilities: Clean and disinfect patient rooms, offices, nursing units, and public areas. Collect and dispose of trash and waste materials. Operate housekeeping equipment and utilize cleaning chemicals safely. Restock supplies and maintain housekeeping carts. Follow established cleaning schedules and infection control procedures. Transport supplies and materials throughout the facility as needed.

Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required. Previous housekeeping, janitorial, environmental services, or cleaning experience required; healthcare experience preferred. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures. Ability to lift, push, pull, and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail. Good communication and teamwork skills. Must be available to work alternate weekends and holidays.
