The Role Involves
Walk clients through enrollment clearly and professionally
Conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
Provide attentive, client‑first service
Help clients explore supplemental benefit options tailored to their needs
Handle documentation accurately and stay on top of follow‑ups
Participate in ongoing mentorship, professional development, and team training
Build lasting client relationships
What You’ll Need: Comfortable in virtual meetings and using digital tools
Customer service background helpful but not required
Eligible to work in the United States
Ability to obtain any necessary licenses, if applicable to the role
Reliable internet and a Windows laptop/PC with webcam
A service-minded, mission‑driven attitude
Strong communicators with solid interpersonal skills
Organized, self‑motivated, and comfortable working independently

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission‑based and performance‑driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.
Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:
Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high‑speed internet, and professional remote workspace
Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
Complete applicable pre‑licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
