Senior Marketing Project Manager

Yellowstone Local seeks a Superintendent to oversee marketing implementation and execution for home service and trades clients. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure campaigns, branding, and recruiting initiatives are delivered on spec, on budget, and on time. You’ll act as the operational lead between strategy and delivery, track performance against KPIs, and maintain strong communication with both internal teams and clients. This role requires sharp organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple fast-moving projects in a digital-first environment. Lead day-to-day execution of marketing, branding, and recruiting projects for home-service clients Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet scope, budget, and schedule requirements Serve as primary operational point of contact between strategy leaders and delivery teams Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status updates Monitor KPIs and campaign performance, flagging risks and optimization opportunities Ensure quality control of deliverables and adherence to client and brand standards Facilitate regular client and internal meetings, capturing actions and next steps Manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation Continuously improve processes, workflows, and documentation for repeatable success Support a collaborative, transparent, and data-driven culture within the team Project management Marketing operations Digital marketing platforms Campaign execution KPI tracking and reporting Stakeholder communication Resource planning Process optimization Budget management Risk management Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k PMP or similar project management certification (preferred) Agile or Scrum certification (preferred) Certification in a major marketing platform (e.g., Google Ads, Meta) is a plus
