Starting Wage:
$20-$28/hour DOE No Roofing Experience Required Hands-On Training Learn a Skilled Trade Opportunities for Advancement Work Alongside Experienced Commercial Roofing CrewsWhat You'll Learn & DoAs a Commercial Roofing Crew Member, you'll work alongside experienced crew members and foremen while learning the commercial roofing trade. Your work may include:
- Installing commercial flat roofing systems
- Removing existing roofing materials
- Installing insulation and roofing materials
- Loading and unloading materials
- Learning to use roofing tools and equipment
- Cleaning and maintaining jobsites
- Assisting experienced roofers and foremen
- Following jobsite and company safety procedures
What We're Looking For:- Dependable and ready to work
- Willing to learn and take direction
- Comfortable performing physical work
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
- Able to work effectively as part of a crew
- Safety-minded with a positive attitude
Roofing experience is NOT required. Experience in construction, landscaping, manufacturing, warehouse work, farming, or other hands-on/physical jobs can be helpful.
