Every organization has a structure that exists beyond its org chart. Read on to find out what you will need to succeed in this position, including skills, qualifications, and experience. It's the structure of how work actually gets done. A customer decision depends on a system. The system depends on an outside provider. The provider depends on an AI model. The model depends on one specific configuration. And the knowledge to run all of it sits with two people who've never written it down. A process can look simple from the outside while quietly leaning on dozens of relationships across teams, tools, information, vendors, and decisions. Nobody designed it this way. It just happened. People joined and moved around. Systems got added. Vendors worked their way into daily operations. Processes evolved. Knowledge piled up inside teams and individuals. AI tools arrived and got bolted onto workflows that already existed. Half the important decisions ended up tied to information that was never formally documented anywhere. The result is an organization that's genuinely capable, and still can't see the structure that makes it capable. That's the problem Horquva exists to solve. The accountability layer for how organizations actually run Horquva gives you a living view of the relationships behind your most important work. Our platform brings together the people, institutional knowledge, AI models, vendors, systems, processes, workflows, and decisions that contribute to critical operations. It doesn't just tell you what exists inside your organization. It shows you how those things relate to each other. Who owns an important process. Where critical knowledge lives. Which systems support which workflow. Which vendors sit underneath your operations. Which AI models have quietly become part of everyday work. Where responsibility is concentrated. Which things would be hard to replace. What else gets affected when something changes. And where you have relationships that matter but aren't visible anywhere. This gives leadership something traditional organizational charts never did. A clearer picture of how the business actually operates beneath the surface. Knowing what you have isn't the same as knowing what you depend onYou can have a perfectly accurate employee directory and still not know who holds the knowledge that keeps a critical process running. You can have a complete software inventory and still not know which applications your best customer workflow actually relies on. You can know every vendor you use and still not understand how deep one of them has gotten into your operations. You can know every AI system you've deployed and still not know which decisions, workflows, and downstream teams now depend on them. The information exists. The relationships are what's hard to see. That's what Horquva is built around. Moving from scattered information about how you operate to a real understanding of the structure connecting it all. When something changes, the real question is what happens next Organizations change constantly. Someone moves roles. A critical employee leaves. A vendor reprices or rewrites terms. A technology provider kills a product. An AI model gets upgraded, replaced, restricted, or discontinued. A system goes down. A process gets redesigned. A new workflow arrives. A team picks up something another team used to handle. The change itself can look small. The consequences usually aren't. Horquva helps you see those relationships before they turn into expensive surprises. When something changes, you should be able to ask: What depends on this? Who is affected? Which processes are connected? Where does the required knowledge live? What systems or vendors are involved? How concentrated is the dependency? How hard would it be to replace? What happens if it disappears? What should we know before we decide anything? That's the kind of visibility Horquva is being built to give you. Built for the organization behind the organization Horquva isn't here to replace your existing systems. You'll keep your HR platform, your enterprise apps, your project management tools, your cloud infrastructure, your AI platforms, your collaboration tools, your knowledge base, your vendor portals, and everything else. Those systems each know a different piece of your organization. Horquva cares about the relationships between the pieces. The person and the process. The process and the system. The system and the vendor. The workflow and the AI model. The knowledge and whoever holds it. The decision and the information it needs. The dependency and everything downstream of it. That broader context is where most important organizational questions actually start. A different way to think about operational risk Operational risk usually gets discussed after something breaks. A disruption happens. A system goes down. A key person resigns. A vendor misses. A process stops behaving the way it used to. Then everyone scrambles to reconstruct what depended on what. Horquva is built to understand those relationships earlier. The point isn't to hand you another risk score. The point is to give leadership enough context to understand the structure behind the risk. Where are you dependent on two people? Where is knowledge impossible to replace? Where has a provider embedded itself too deep? Where are multiple critical workflows leaning on the same underlying thing? Where could one change ripple across five parts of the business? And where do you actually have enough resilience to absorb a change? Those answers should come from your own evidence, not from our assumptions. Why we're opening the Founding Partner program Horquva is early. We're building something that has to work against the messiness of real organizations, not against clean examples in a demo environment. That's why we're looking for a small group of Founding Partners. Founding Partners work closely with our team while we put the platform against real structures, real workflows, real dependencies, and the real questions leadership teams need answered. This is a chance to look at parts of your organization that currently live in scattered systems, stale docs, Slack threads, and one person's head. Together we'll find out what becomes visible when those relationships are finally in one place. The goal isn't another report that gets read once and buried. It's a deeper understanding of your organization, and a better way of seeing what's underneath it. What Founding Partners can expect You get early access and direct work with the Horquva team, and you help shape what the product becomes. We'll focus on the areas where this matters most to you. A critical operational process. An AI enabled workflow. A technology environment. A customer facing operation. A knowledge heavy function. A vendor dependent process. Or anywhere else the relationships are hard to see right now. Horquva will look at the evidence you have, establish the relevant relationships, identify the important dependencies, and make the structure understandable. The result shouldn't be more information. It should be clearer answers to questions you currently can't answer. What does this work actually depend on? Where does responsibility sit? Where is knowledge concentrated? Which dependencies matter most? What would a change affect? Where do you have no real alternative? What should leadership look at next? And what's changed since the last time anyone looked? We think organizations need a better way to see themselves The modern organization gets more interconnected every year. People work across teams. Software connects functions that used to be separate. Vendors become part of internal operations. AI gets embedded into everyday workflows. Knowledge moves between people and systems. Processes increasingly depend on technology that lives outside the company. The result is a business that can move fast while getting harder to understand as a whole. We think the next generation of organizations will need more than systems that help them operate. They'll need systems that help them understand how they operate. That's what Horquva is building. A way to see the relationships behind critical work. A way to understand what keeps important operations moving. A way to see how changes travel through the business. A way to give leadership a clearer foundation for decisions about people, technology, AI, vendors, processes, and continuity. Join us at the beginning We're deliberately keeping the Founding Partner group small. The organizations that join now aren't early users of a finished product. They're the ones who help us find the hardest problems, test against real complexity, challenge our assumptions, and shape what Horquva becomes. If your organization is becoming more dependent on technology, AI, outside providers, distributed knowledge, and processes that connect in ways nobody fully understands, there's a question worth sitting with. Do you actually know what your most critical work depends on? Horquva is being built to answer that. xhqgsiq Become a Horquva Founding Partner. Horquva Know what your critical work depends on.
