PCB Manufacturing Engineer

What You'll Do: Partner with production and operations teams to improve manufacturing processes and workflow efficiencyAnalyze production data and recommend improvements that enhance quality, productivity, and throughputSupport the launch of new products, projects, and manufacturing initiativesTroubleshoot process challenges and implement effective corrective actionsDevelop and maintain manufacturing documentation, procedures, and process standardsParticipate in cross-functional improvement projects focused on operational excellenceEvaluate manufacturing readiness and support successful implementation of new workCollaborate with quality, planning, and operations teams to optimize performanceAssist with equipment, tooling, and process-related engineering activitiesMonitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities for continuous improvementWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent industry experiencePrevious experience supporting manufacturing, production, or process engineering activitiesStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExperience interpreting technical documentation and manufacturing requirementsAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a production environmentStrong communication and organizational skillsSelf-motivated individual who demonstrates initiative and ownershipComfortable balancing multiple priorities in a dynamic manufacturing settingPCB ExperiencePreferred ExperienceExperience within a high-mix manufacturing environmentExposure to ERP, MRP, or other manufacturing business systemsKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologiesExperience supporting process optimization and operational efficiency initiativesFamiliarity with manufacturing quality systems and structured problem-solving techniquesBackground working directly with production teams in a hands-on capacity
